About how to order

First of all, it is useful to view the design options for the desired brand (Jerry Harvey or Cosmic Ears). Here you can gain inspiration for your own design. Also take a look at the pictures of our Artists Gallery.

Place your order

Then you go to the desired in-ear monitor and check which colors, artwork or logos you want to order. If you wish, you can go through the design with us and we will send you an order link in which the desired options have been pre-selected.
Add your design to the shopping cart and complete your order by going through the ordering process. You can choose to create an account or place the order without an account.

Payment

Payment is made via iDeal, Afterpay or Clarna. Only after receiving your online order will the order process be initiated.

Ear impressions

If we have already made your ear impressions, we will send them to our supplier. If we do not have them yet, we will contact you to have the impressions made. This can be done with our partners from Fonique Hoortechniek in Deventer, our practice in Hoogeveen or with our partner in Hoorn or Zaandam. When ordering, you are also asked where you want the impressions to be made, or whether they have already been made. Here you can select your preference.

Do you prefer that we take the impressions at your location, then this is possible. You can also select this in the ordering process.
